BURLESQUE DANCE CLASS WITH JAY SIREN

CELEBRATE YOUR BODY AND MIND through the burlesque dance style in a zero-pressure environment that elevates curiosity, experimentation, and the cultivation of self-love. Expect a fun, empowering, and expanding movement experience that will leave your mind and body engaged and connected to your sacred sensuality.

With each TUESDAY EVENING session, we will explore a short new phrase of choreography that incorporates foundations of modern burlesque, applying it to multiple types of music, and drawing out all the juiciness of your natural rhythm. The THURSDAY MORNING session following will always be a repeat class of what was introduced that Tuesday. This schedule is in place through summer 20204 to accommodate various life schedules as we build community around the class at Checkpoint Cafe Hoi An.

This process builds movement confidence, focuses on sensual embodiment, celebrates your unique and beautiful shape, and encourages you to let loose and explore your personality through the expression of this sizzling movement style.

ABOUT JAY SIREN: My purpose is to be in service to the confidence and sensual embodiment of other humans as they align with the expression of their brightest selves. During 10+ years in the dance studio as a sensuality coach and movement instructor, I have helped hundreds of women explore and connect to the sensually embodied burlesque vixen within them.

LEVEL: This is always an all level class. No prior dance experience is necessary. Movers of any background will be able to explore, challenge, and enjoy themselves within the style and class format.
