• Artist. Educator. Erotic Explorer. Connector of People and Possibility.

I create spaces where sensuality, self-expression, and real human connection can thrive—on stage, on camera, and in everyday life.

  • Today, my work lives in many forms.

I’m an author. An intimacy coach. An erotica producer and adult entertainer.

At the core of it all? A commitment to curiosity, pleasure, integrity, and play.

  • Enthusiastic, ethical consent is non-negotiable.

Whether I’m co-creating a workshop or filming erotica, my work centers respect, agency, and clear communication—always and in all ways.

How It All Started

On New Year’s Eve 2007, I felt a pull—an electric creative calling—and followed it straight into the glittering world of burlesque. That moment sparked the birth of the Sizzling Sirens Burlesque Experience, a troupe I founded to explore sexuality, performance, and radical self-expression in community.

What I didn’t know then was that this path would become the container for some of my deepest personal growth: healing old patterns, rebuilding trust with my body, and discovering my voice through movement, mentorship, and play.

From Burlesque to Embodiment

By 2012, I was teaching burlesque dance and coaching performers. And by 2017, I felt the need to go deeper—to create a space that was less about performance and more about embodiment.

That’s when Foundations with Jay was born: a movement class designed for all bodies, all levels, and all people seeking connection with themselves through sensual movement. It was bold, tender, hilarious, transformative—and deeply human. Between 2017 and early 2020, hundreds of humans moved through this practice with me in the dance studio.

Pivot + Expansion

When the pandemic hit, in-person classes halted. But the need for connection didn’t.

I leaned into digital offerings, completed a certification in intimacy and sexology coaching, and created Pleasure + Playfulness, my free self-guided course. It’s a love letter to your liberation—a toolkit for reconnecting to joy, desire, and embodied self-trust.

Today, my work lives in many forms:

  • Erotic storytelling as an author

  • Real-couple content creation through ijkink

  • Sensual embodiment programs and digital offerings

  • Creative strategy and hosting across the live and virtual performance worlds

At the core of it all? A commitment to curiosity, pleasure, integrity, and play.

Life, Love, and Living It Fully

In 2023, I married the love of my life. We travel the world together, creating, laughing, exploring, and building a life that feels just as deliciously alive as our first encounter.

I don’t believe in linear paths—but I do believe in meaningful ones. Every twist, pivot, breakthrough, and breakdown has taught me something about power, connection, and purpose.

What I Know Now

The path to fulfillment, expansion, connection, and perspective may not be linear—but it’s always rich with meaning if you’re willing to meet it honestly.

I’m grateful for every part of this journey. And I’m especially grateful you’re here now—exploring what it might awaken in you.

Values That Guide Me

These aren’t abstract ideals—they’re lived, felt, and embodied in everything I create: on stage, on camera, in coaching, and in my own relationship to pleasure and power.

Curiosity

Curiosity is the engine of transformation. It fuels better questions, opens new desires, and invites us into the unknown with honesty and excitement.

Embodiment

The body carries wisdom. Through movement, stillness, breath, and sensation, I return to truth—and help others reconnect with their own felt experience.

Consent + Autonomy

Enthusiastic, ethical consent is non-negotiable. Whether I’m co-creating a workshop or filming erotica, my work centers respect, agency, and clear communication—always and in all ways.

Creative Freedom

From burlesque to novellas to adult content, I honor creativity as a sacred part of sexuality. Artistic expression makes room for truth, rebellion, and transformation.

Connection

I create spaces where real connection thrives—intimate, reciprocal, and present. Because intimacy requires presence. And so does play.

Why Core Values Matter

Core values are not goals to achieve; they’re the inner compass that shapes how we live and love. They reveal what feels right, what feels wrong, and why some choices ignite us while others drain us.

I share mine so you can see the framework behind my choices—and better understand the lens through which my work carries meaning. I’ve even gone so far as to write an entire blog about the practice of understanding your core values, which you can check out here in The Sizzle Journal.

“Jay is an excellent instructor. I have taken both group performance classes and her solo performance series. She breaks things down into easy to understand increments. Making her participants feel comfortable no matter what level of dance experience they have. One of the best qualities she has is being able to adapt her instruction based on your individual goals, whether it is simply to try something new or move forward as a burlesque performer. Jay is extremely supportive and has a positive energy that is contagious. I always left my training session feeling pumped up, energetic, and sexy! When providing mentorship and guidance for a solo act, she provides thoughtful feedback and explains how she came to conclusions, so you can develop as a performer. I truly cannot say enough great things about Jay and her classes!”
    Lara C. (2020, Sacramento, CA)
